I absolutely love this bike! Their are a couple of negatives with this bike but that's with anything. This bike is very heavy. So I would not recommend it for the elderly or teens. The battery is a little disappointing because it started loosing power after the first charge.

Bike itself is amazing! I had a long wait to get it, exactly 1 week from order was SUPPOSED to be the delivery date. FedEx was the bad egg in that ordeal as it took an extra 4 days after the 1 week delivery date to actually get my hands on it. They missed the delivery and the driver "accidentally" marked it as DELIVERED.

This bike is as advertised for the most part, I’m very happy with the purchase. It is great road bike and even better off road . If you can see it , it will probably make it there. I the pickup is very clean , smooth and surprisingly quick( depending on your preference this is something that can be altered in the parameters settings) as well as 90 percent of the other quirks possible with this bike, that can be smoothed out. The instructions could be a bit more user friendly, but don’t get frustrated right off the bat, you will figure it out, if need be YouTube, tik tok, Facebook other platforms are pretty helpful. I’ve had 3 E-bikes . This one is overall my favorite. Definitely recommend.
