Frequently asked questions
How long does shipping take?
Most in-stock bikes ship within 1–3 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location and carrier capacity. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Contiguous U.S. (street addresses). For PO boxes, APO/FPO or territories, please contact support before ordering.
Do bikes arrive assembled?
Bikes arrive ~85–95% assembled. Final steps include handlebar alignment, front wheel, pedals, saddle height and basic checks. Tools are included; plan 30–60 minutes.
What’s the warranty?
1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on frame, motor, battery, controller and display. Wear items (pads, tires, tubes, chain) are excluded. Keep proof of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Unused bikes in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with an RMA. Return shipping and inspection fees may apply.
Are the bikes water-resistant?
Yes — designed for light rain and road spray. Avoid submersion or pressure-washing. Dry and charge batteries indoors.
Battery care tips
- Charge at room temperature; avoid extreme heat/cold.
- For storage >30 days, leave 50–70% charge and top up monthly.
- Use the supplied charger; keep ports clean/dry.
How do I track my order?
Open your shipping email and click the tracking link, or sign in to My Orders to see status and tracking (if added). If the carrier shows “label created” for >48 hours, contact support.
What speeds are legal where I live?
Rules vary by state/city. Many areas use the Class 1/2/3 e-bike framework; please check local regulations and ride responsibly.
